This was the second house I sold in 2015 and the two experiences were like night and day. The first home sale was full of angst and very unpleasant. The realtor while efficient was not personable or committed to the process. When Fairwinds Bank recommended Jacob as my Realtor I was interested in purchasing a home. When I met Jacob he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and especially professional. He was infinitely patient with me as I came close to purchasing a condo and changed my mind when the inspection revealed some serious problems. I decided to postpone purchasing and listed my house with Jacob. He made the process simple and the house sold in very short order. Jacob went above and beyond for me by tracking down an answer to a question which could have cancelled the sale. He understood that solving this problem was a challenge for me and he stepped up and took care of the situation. I was always treated with the upmost respect and professional courtesy and the sale of my home was timely and an excellent experience, thanks to Jacob.
